Who am I?
Hi! My name is Sarah Saunders and I am the face behind Missionfit Personal Training Studio in Arthur! I absolutely love fitness... every single part of it! It hasn't always been this way though... sure, I was active in high school and played sports during summer holiday's, but college happened, life happened and I gave up on my active lifestyle. That is until just before my wedding... I decided, much like most brides-to-be, that I wanted to look and feel amazing on my big day! I joined the local gym and started going 5 days a week. In the 6 weeks leading up to my wedding I did lose weight and I did feel great... and that is where it aaaallllll began! Since then I have realized that there is an enormous relationship between training and nutrition and fueling your body properly. I love lifting heavy things and setting them back down and monitoring my progression with strength, physique and overall wellness as well as training for endurance events. I have competed in numerous races from 5 km, 10 km, duathlons, half marathons and marathon distance. I love the training process and I find it absolutely thrilling to be able to do this for a living! Each year brings its challenges... new goals means new ventures and I want to share that with you! I want to help you with your goals! There is absolutely nothing too big or too small! We can work towards it together :)

I have different types of fitness equipment that is guaranteed to give you the workout you expect to get you to your goals! No matter what it is that you're looking for, we have a solution!
